“Our prayer life should reflect a heart that desires intimacy
with God and a submission to his purposes. It all comes down to motive. What is the
motive behind your prayers? Do you pray to get esteem from other people, or do you
pray to get God?”

Weston Brann
Weston developed his personal relationship with Jesus during his 8-month intensive discipleship experience at Narrow Gate Lodge. Coming from a ‘normal’ Christian home, Weston ‘knew’ the story of the Gospel but he didn’t know the Man of the Gospel. After developing a love of God’s Word at Narrow Gate, Weston decided to pursue his education by earning a degree in Ministerial Leadership. Afterwards, he was hired as the Discipleship Pastor at The Refuge Church in Spring Hill, TN where he taught the word for over 3 years before returning to Narrow Gate as a Staff Member. He currently disciples young men daily in the Word of God while challenging them to “live out” the Word of God.
